You may return your online purchase within 14 days of receiving the item for a full refund minus the shipping charge. The returned item must be in its original, unworn/unused condition. The item must be shipped within 14 days of receipt. We cannot accept any returns after 14 days or on special orders and custom work.
To return an item:
- Email email@example.com or call us at 413.586.1119 to obtain a return authorization number (RA#). Returns without an RA# will not be accepted. If you use email to make a return, you will receive an RA# within 24 hours.
- Repack the item in its original packaging. Make sure to include the original receipt in the package along with the RA# provided. Please pack the item carefully! The dmg is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. It is strongly recommended that you insure and ship the item using a delivery method that can be tracked. The return package must be prepaid (we do not accept COD packages). Items returned in a manner that fails to adhere to the correct return procedure will not be accepted.
- Upon receiving your return, the item will be fully inspected as we cannot accept merchandise that has been damaged, altered, or worn/used. We will contact you via email or phone once the item has been returned.
- We will issue you a refund minus any shipping and handling charges within 2 business days of receiving the item. If the order qualified for free shipping, we will deduct the actual shipping charges from the refund. Please note that the refund may take 2-10 business days to post on your account depending on your credit card provider.
Online vs store returns:
Our in-store return policy differs from our online return policy. Items purchased on our website cannot be returned or exchanged in store. Items purchased in store cannot be returned for a refund (for store credit only). In-store and online returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days.
Items damaged in transit:
If you received a damaged item, please call the gallery at 413.586.1119 immediately, so we can arrange to have it picked up and inspected. Please retain the original packing materials and box. We will either issue you a full refund or send you a replacement item if available.
